Adam J. Roca
Adam helped start Rise from its earliest trash-bin-cleaning jobs and leads the company's overall direction, growth, sales, customer experience, equipment investment, and long-term vision.
Rise Power Washing started with Adam J. Roca and Sebastian Giries cleaning trash cans with a broken-down electric pressure washer they found at Adam's grandparents' house. The equipment was basic, the jobs were small, and the goal was simple: work hard enough to keep moving forward.

Rise was built around hard work, direct communication, surface-appropriate cleaning, reinvesting into better equipment, and using the company's growth to create more opportunities to give back.
Adam and Sebastian began by cleaning trash cans. They learned the work one job at a time, talked with neighbors, knocked doors, and reinvested what they earned instead of trying to make the company look bigger than it was.
Those first bin-cleaning jobs eventually turned into driveways, concrete, patios, house washing, gutters, solar panels, roof cleaning, paver cleaning + re-sanding, commercial exterior cleaning, motor vehicle detailing, full exterior projects, and other exterior-detail work.
In the early stage, it was mainly Adam and Sebastian doing everything: finding customers, loading equipment, driving to jobs, doing the cleaning, talking with customers, fixing problems, cleaning up, and preparing for the next day.
There were long days that started around 6:00 AM and ran until about 9:00 PM, including work in 100+ degree heat. At times they pushed to finish the quota they had set before stopping for a proper meal. Those days were not the goal forever — they were the stage that forced Rise to improve its systems, equipment, scheduling, and team structure.
As jobs grew, Rise reinvested into stronger pressure washers, surface cleaners, hoses, chemical-delivery equipment, professional tools, transportation, and other equipment that made larger projects possible.
The company grew from Adam and Sebastian handling nearly everything themselves into a six-worker team. Based on the company's internal comparison between its earliest stage and later operations, Rise scaled to more than 1,000% higher profit than when it started.
For Rise, that growth is not only about money. It represents better equipment, more people on the team, more customers served, and more ability to contribute to the community.
Adam helped start Rise from its earliest trash-bin-cleaning jobs and leads the company's overall direction, growth, sales, customer experience, equipment investment, and long-term vision.
Sebastian co-founded Rise and helps lead day-to-day operations, job execution, service quality, equipment, scheduling, and the systems that keep the team moving.
Stefan supports budgeting, financial planning, growth tracking, and responsible decisions as Rise invests in new equipment, team members, and future expansion.
Rise works with nonprofit Gaspar's Angels each year to support people in need. The company's goal is to make growth useful: better equipment can serve more customers, a larger team can take on more work, and a stronger company can create more opportunities to help the community that supported it.
